Bikeshedding
← Back to Organizational Antipatterns
Spending disproportionate time on trivial decisions while glossing over important ones (Parkinson’s law of triviality). Everyone has opinions on the color of the bike shed; few can evaluate the nuclear reactor design. Mitigation: time-box discussions, designate decision owners.
